Job Description
The main goal of an International Sales Executive is to win new sales by developing new prospects, building relationships with customers and delivers our products and services values. Currently, we are focusing on international markets including US, EU, AUS, and more.
- Find new potential customersMust understand customers insights including demand, purchasing plans
- Build relationships and nurture customers
- Handle company sales channels including Ecommerce like Alibaba, Global Sources.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers in person, via emails, calls and face-to-face
- Consult our products and services to customers
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Job Requirement
- Graduate in business administration, international business or related degrees.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, logistics
- Fluent in communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Have business and commercial acumen mindset
- Experienced in planning, implementing sales strategies, arranging effective team organization
- Ability to do multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- Have experience in managing Alibaba, global source, amazon e-commerce stores is a plus
- Understand the export segment of the handicraft industry and logistics is an advantage.
Salary and benefits
- Salary: 9-12mil VND
