Job Description

  • Assist in hitting sales target including sending emails to build customer relationships, customer service.
  • Assist in exploring the sales opportunity in International B2B e-commerce platform: Alibaba, Global Sources, Online trade show.
  • Assist in managing orders: make labels and shipping mark as required, checking shipping documents, working with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Assist in managing customer database and tracking performance.

Job Requirement

  • Fourth year student
  • Passionate in sales and customer services.
  • Eager to learn International B2B sales.
  • Have basic knowledge about international business is a plus
  • Good English skills
