Viet Trang Handicrafts is looking for a qualified Full-time Order Management Executive to join our fast-growing team.

• Responsible in managing daily processing, shipping operations, preparing necessary export documents and cost analysis
• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure the orders are processed as agreed time, quantity and quality.
• Communicate closely with the customers on any issues regarding to the deposit, production progress, changes during processing or any arising matters till the arrival of the shipments. In case of a problem, try to find the most appropriate solution.
• Well coordinate with Forwarder and Shipping companies to get space/booking confirmation, arrange shipping plan, ensure safe loading-on-board.
• Manage and ensure Products delivered to customers smoothly, timely and successfully.
• Collect other export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Prepare for Shipping instructions, Airway Bill/ House Bill of Lading, … export document set.
• Check payment status for the forwarder and push the balance payment from the buyers.
• Responsible to prepare reports on related activities and cost analysis
• Follow up with the actual schedule and resolve trouble/ issue regarding job‘s scope
• Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by supervisor

• Bachelor Degree in a business-related discipline
• Good English
• Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
• Helpful attitude, responsible and reliability
• Good organization, coordination and problem-solving skill
• Able to adapt to new working network and system

• Salary: 9-12mil VND
